Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your Shiki product our return policy is as follows:
 
Full-priced clothing purchased online at shopshiki.com may be returned within 10 days of customer receipt for refund or exchange (minus the original shipping fees). Returns on Bags, Belts and Scarves are for CREDIT ONLY. Jewelry and Sale Items are FINAL SALE. To make a return or exchange you must first obtain a return authorization number. Returns will not be accepted without an RA number (see Return Authorization Number section below).
 
All items returned must be in the same condition in which it was received. We will issue a full refund or exchange for UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNALTERED, NON-SALE clothing items. Refunded items must include ALL ORIGINAL TAGS. We have the right to deny a return or credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. It is at the discretion of Shiki to deny a return if the merchandise is in a condition showing damage or use.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the website. However, colors also depend on your monitor and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color is completely accurate.
 
Occasionally, we may have just sold an item which you ordered, and have not had time to take it off our site. We apologize for any disappointment, but we will notify you to see if you would like a substitution or just a cancellation. Additionally, we reserve the right to not fulfill any order of an item listed in error.
 
Return Authorization Number
To receive your Return Authorization (RA) number please contact us at info@shopshiki.com. Include a brief explanation of why you are returning or exchanging your purchase, and what you  would like to exchange it for. In case merchandise is not available for exchange, a credit will be applied to your account which can be used at a later date.
 
Packages must be returned prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Securely pack and seal the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to us using an insured service to the above address. This will provide you with recourse on your package, as we cannot accept responsibility for packages that we do not ship ourselves.
 
Once your package has been received, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within five business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from shopshiki.com.
 
Shiki accepts the following for online purchases:

Your online transactions with shopshiki.com are secure. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology, allowing safe Internet transmission. This makes your use of a credit card over the Internet as safe as placing an order over the telephone when calling our store.

Your card will be charged when your order is processed. Sales tax will be added to all shipments made within the State of Texas. Sales tax also applies to shipping charges.
 
Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before the order is shipped. We ship Monday through Friday during normal business hours. Orders received after 3 pm CST will be processed the next business day.
 
Shipping Options
We ship UPS insured and offer 4 shipping options within the Continental United States (excludes Alaska and Hawaii): Standard (ground), 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Overnight Next Day Air, which does not include Saturday delivery. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes, and are required by our credit card processors to verify a credit cards’ billing address. Please note that shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be more expensive than our standard domestic UPS rates listed below.
